The staff within the school nursing teams have knowledge and skills to support children and young people. Team members include:
Public Health School Nurse - a registered nurse with further specialist qualification in public health at degree or masters level
Special School Nurse - a registered nurse who has experience of supporting children and young people with complex needs and disabilities who attend identified special schools
Community Staff Nurse - a registered nurse with additional experience in public health, child health and development
Community Nursery Nurse -qualified in child development with training in sleep, behaviour interventions and promotion of healthy eating
School Nurse Assistant/Healthcare Support Worker - has experience and specific training to work with children and young people in schools and in the community.

Sharps Copse Children & Family Centre
Sharps Copse Children & Family Centre are holding a 6 week Group to help Young People currently in Year 6 and would like help with anxiety and self-esteem, or would like a safe space to meet others with similar experiences.
