Complaints
We understand that there are times when parents/carers may be upset or frustrated by something that has happened inside of school involving their child. Naturally, we all want the best for the children but sometimes emotions can get the best of us. However, I would like to remind you all that Waterloo School is a place of tolerance and respect and we will not accept acts of aggression, whether verbal or physical, to anyone within our school community.
If you have a concern that you would like to discuss, we would appreciate that you do so in a calm and respectful manner.
Our school complaints procedure is not limited to parents or carers of children that are registered at the school. Any person, including members of the public, may make a complaint to Waterloo School about any provision of facilities or services that we provide. Unless complaints are dealt with under separate statutory procedures (such as appeals relating to exclusions or admissions), we will use this complaints procedure.
